BARE FEET TOUR IN IRELAND 2025

Ireland is known for its incredible hospitality, its music and dance traditions, its food, and its stunning landscapes.  Join Mickela as she takes you on an immersive experience from the capital city of Dublin to County Clare, the birthplace of traditional Irish music, to the Western Coast of the Wild Atlantic Way. This 9-day/8-night small group tour will make you fall in love with the dances and music of the Emerald Isle, all while introducing you to some of the most talented and welcoming people - in partnership with AAA Exclusive Vacations!

what you can expect

DAY 1

Thursday: DEPART FROM HOME
Depart your hometown and take an overnight flight across the Atlantic. Enjoy in-flight entertainment and meal service as you travel to start your dance adventure with Bare Feet Tours in Ireland!


Day 2

Friday: DUBLIN ARRIVAL & WELCOME DINNER
Welcome to Ireland! Transfer to your hotel where Mickela Mallozzi, Emmy Award-winning Host of the PBS travel series Bare Feet with Mickela Mallozzi will be there to greet you and welcome you on this Irish dance adventure. City exploring on your own before our group welcome dinner. 

Overnight in Dublin.


DAY 3

Saturday: DANCING & PUB CRAWL 
A morning private beginner Irish dance class at the famous Liffey Studios. Enjoy the rest of the day to explore Dublin on your own, followed by a literary pub crawl and an Irish trad session at the local pubs.

DAY 4

Sunday: IRISH SET DANCING
We have a morning departure to County Clare, known as the birthplace of Irish traditional music. On our was, we pass through The Burren, and end with a private set dancing lesson, dinner, and trad session at Vaughan’s in Kilfenora.

Overnight in Lahinch.


DAY 5

Monday: CLIFFS OF MOHER 
Drive along the coast of County Clare to visit the stunning Cliffs of Moher, followed by a visit to Doolin. A music lesson followed by a trad session, we then take the ferry to The Dingle Peninsula along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.

DAY 6

Tuesday: CULINARY WALKING TOUR 
Morning private walking food tour of Dingle with Chef Martin Bealin. The afternoon kicks off with an intimate concert with Niamh Varian-Berry & Peter Staunton of Super Ceili, followed by a private dinner with Chef Bealin.

DAY 7

Wednesday: DINGLE AT LEISURE 
We start the morning along the stunning Slea Head Drive, followed by visits along the way. Then explore one of Mickela’s favorite places on earth through food, nature, and local hospitality on your own,

DAY 8

Thursday: KILLARNEY NATIONAL PARK 
Depart for Killarney and set off on a bicycle tour through the stunning grounds of Killarney National Park.  Feel free to explore this quaint town with plenty of trad sessions and pubs galore.

DAY 9

Friday: DANCING IN KILLARNEY 
A private Sean Nos (Old Style) dance class & brush dance with award-winning dancer Anne-Marie Nelligan - our trip ends with our farewell dinner and late night trad sessions & dancing throughout the festive town of Killarney.

Overnight in Killarney.


DAY 10

Saturday: RETURN HOME 
Bid your fellow travelers slán abhaile - option to extend your stay in Ireland or transfer to Dublin Airport for your flight home.
